- September 2005: New Courses run for Doctors-- helping Doctors cope with work Pressure.
- Terrapinn Contact Centre World - Gold Coast. HeartMath Australasia presented one of 2 major workshops for attendees at this major international conference event. Feedback was extraordinary.
- August 2005: Our Stress relief programs are being proposed for use by Tsunami stress Counsellors in Banda Aceh. Used by UK , USA, Europe, Canada, Australia, NZ, feedback shows our approach is considered to be one of the most effective and well researched approaches to effective stress management.
- The Tour de France is on. One of the leading coaches at this world event France uses our wellness program to improve athletic performance.
- July 2005: RCSA recruitment organisation has show-cased our work and seeks our services for its member organisations.
- June 2005: Australian case study data shows highly statistically significant results for improvement in stress reduction indicators, and personal health benefits of our key course offering. Research publication produced and distributed in Australia.

2005: Helping doctors cope with
work pressure
The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and HeartMath Australasia announce agreement to offer courses for their members based on our proven resilience-building training and learning programs. These courses are designed to alleviate stress, build resilience and overall wellness. These proven research-validated courses have been successfully provided to more than 100,000 executives, business-people, educators and health professionals world wide. The course being offered is called the 'Resilient Doctor' workshop.
The first workshop is to be run in conjunction with the RACGP conference on 7 May at the Crown Plaza Coogee Beach in Sydney, with the full day workshop conducted on 8 May. Category 1 development points apply to RACGP members. ( as it is Mother's Day a special invitation is extended to spouses as well.)

HeartMath Australasia announces an updated case study on the reduction of stress, improvement of health, wellness and leadership attributes in Executives.

Completed
Congratulations to all those health providers who completed their certification and gained their HeartMath License in November. At this course we welcomed our aussies friends as well as friends from New Zealand. This course is a combination of distance learning, self-study, telephone coaching and 3 day face to face training to complete a proven program of study enabling 1on1 provider status. Now more than 300 professionals have completed this course in Australia and North America. ( more than 60 in Australia & NZ covering most cities and regions)

Review. 'Pull the Plug on Stress' describes through
a case study of a UK executive how stress works,
and how it can be beaten. The resutls showed that
the executive had significantly lowered his blood
