The training day is in two parts. In the morning (part A) the fundamentals of the Extended DISC model and system are covered including certication training in Personal Analysis and Work Pairs Analysis. The afternoon (part B) deals with the more advanced tools and this is described below.
The two parts (see below) can be taken separately (as stand-alone half-day courses)
or as this combined
one-day course. If taken separately part A must be completed before taking the advanced training of part B .
LEARNING CONTENT AREAS: Participants will gain an overview of the Extended DISC system, become comfortable using and interpreting the personal analysis and work pairs reports and conduscting various training and development activities that focus on performance improvement. This course includes $350 of assessments.

What is included and what will I learn?
In
this one-day accreditation course, you will be introduced to the
Extended DISC® tools and their various applications. The programme
provides you with a powerful set of development tools to maximise your
value. Everything you need to commence producing in-house Personal Analysis, Work Pair Analysis, Job Analysis, Team Analysis and Team Alignment Reports. In addition you will also learn how to use the 360º, Open 360º and Surveys Platform components of the Extended DISC Professional Human Resources System. As a result, you can start using Extended DISC® immediately in
your social, personal or business dealings
