Rather than send out long html formatted emails that many clients are unable to read, we decided to convert our important email notices into an online format. This allows us to send out shorter text only emails and include a weblink to the html formatted versions.
To keep things simpler for us we have created this index where the online email links can be maintained. This means our webmaster doesn't have to be continually updating the template for each new online email we create.
