Extended DISC® vs. DISC®
Extended DISC measures natural behavioural style as well as adjusted behavioural style- that is, how a person perceives s/he should adapt their behaviour in a specific environment. Because it reveals both natural and adapted styles, the Extended DISC System provides a more comprehensive picture of individual behavioural style than previous versions of DISC..
