The ASSET Solutions Programme

A proven approach to assessing and managing workplace stress and increasing the wellbeing and motivation of your staff

Having used the ASSET survey we provide a range of solutions for organisations and individuals designed to aid the management of pressure and to build resilience. The ASSET Programme is a comprehensive approach towards managing workplace stress and many of the components can be used independently of a stress audit if this is your requirement.

Strategic Solutions Workshop

This is an executive level workshop designed for the chief executive and management board. The purpose of the workshop is to discuss the outcomes of the audit and to compile a strategic solutions action plan.

Focus Group Solution Workshops

We undertake a series of focus group solution discussions designed to bring together staff from the “hotspot” areas to discuss the best way to deal with the causes of stress. It can also be informative to run focus groups in areas where stress is not a problem to learn from experience in those areas.

Management Standards Action Plans

We work with our ASSET clients to ensure they develop action plans linked to the World Class Management Standards. These cover solutions at the primary (work directed) level intended to reduce stressors in the work environment and the secondary (worker directed) level designed to improve the coping capability and resilience of staff.

Resiliance Training

We have used our expertise to develop a training programme that provides delegates with resilience building capability. The delegates benefit from knowledge sessions, participative activities, and opportunities to rehearse the techniques being acquired and the use of a broad range of multimedia and interactive training tools.
