Robertson Cooper, our UK associate, has just launched its new product, Leadership Impact. It's a new approach to leadership development which helps leaders to understand the environments that they create for their teams and for the whole organisation. It helps leaders to increase their awareness of their own natural style and to take control so that they can proactively manage their behaviour and promote resilience in their work groups. The product is ideal for use as part of all types of Leadership Development Programme, including Development Centres, Coaching and Peer Mentoring.

Leadership Programme
In 2004, Robertson Cooper was commissioned by the Cabinet Office of the British Government to identify the key components of a world-class leadership programme.The results of this study now provide the basis for our own leadership development model, and inform the guidance our consultants give to clients who are setting up their own leadership development initiatives.
