Executive Development

Course Overview:
The Executive Development Group program is designed to increase the personal and professional development of business managers and senior executives interested in contributing significantly to their company's success.

For companies to grow in today's global marketplace, it is vital that CEOs develop leadership skills of both themselves and of other leaders throughout their organization. By giving key executives the tools to become change agents and strategic leaders, EDG members can help move the entire team of employees towards a successful future.

We are selectively seeking individuals interested in increasing their leadership and people skills whilst directing and leading change in support of their CEO or company director(s). For additional information about the EDG program or to receive an application form, please contact the SMC office on 08 9430 7777

Methodology:
The EDG groups meet monthly to discuss the implementation of strategic goals, business issues and leadership. Highly skilled presenters work with the participants to explore specific current issues and help contextualise their learning to their working environment.

Content:
Each group is tailored to the needs of the members, and so content with vary, but may include all or some of the following topics, and any other topics that the group deems suitable:

  Recommended For
