All enrolments are processed upon the basis that enrolees have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of Denis McCarthy & Associates (DMA), and agree to comply fully with them. We strongly recommend that you print out and keep a copy of this page for your own records.

	DMA courses and lectures are open to everyone. No previous qualifications or experience are needed unless otherwise stated in the course description.
	Course fees are payable with enrolment.   If payment is received by cheque, the cheque should be made payable to: Denis McCarthy & Assocites.
	All enrolments are successful unless otherwise notified.   All registrations are confirmed in writing before the course starts.   Confirmation letters and venue information will be sent out 7 days prior to the course commencement date.   In the case of late registration, confirmation can be faxed through to the nominated person.
	Courses fill quickly and are limited in number.   Please enrol as soon as possible to avoid the disappointment of missing out on a place. The decision on course viability will be made 10 days before your course commences, although we will accept enrolments up until the day the course starts.
	Please choose your course carefully.   Once we have processed your enrolment, we are unable to arrange a refund or credit note, except in the following circumstances:   * A course is re-scheduled to a time or location unsuitable to you.   * A credit note will be issued when your written request for withdrawal is received four working days before the course starting date.   The credit note may be used for any DMA course, and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
	DMA reserves the right to charge the enrolee a small administration cost for refunds or transfers.
	DMA reserves the right to cancel any course and in any such event all monies received will be refunded.
	Full-time students and those in possession of a Centrelink Card or Senior's Card are eligible for the Concession Fee on applicable courses.
	GST is included where applicable.
	All materials provided by DMA are intended only for individual personal use and are protected under English and International copyright laws and conventions, and may not be published, copied, sold, broadcast, or otherwise reproduced or distributed.

Limitation of Liability. Denis McCarthy & Associates cannot be held responsible or liable to any person or entity whatsoever for direct or indirect loss, damage (whether actual, consequential, punitive, special or otherwise) injury, claim, liability or other cause of any kind or character whatsoever based upon or resulting from any information or opinions provided on this website or from the use of, or the inability to use Denis McCarthy & Associates materials on the site.
