We are part of the international organisation, Wilson Banwell Holdings, with headquarters in Vancouver, Canada. We have been operating independently in Australia since 1990.
In 1979, Wilson Banwell became the first Canadian company to provide an EFAP giving employees and family members direct counselling from registered psychologists. Since then, we have established ourselves as market leaders in providing EFAP services. Our experience, our services, and our results are second to none.

The loss of someone close to us can be devastating--whether a parent...spouse...co-worker...or even a pet. Sometimes coping with this loss requires professional support. Our counsellors can offer this support. Twenty four hours a day, 365 days each year.
